Digital Experience

Web platforms that load fast, rank well and convert

A corporate website is infrastructure, not a brochure. We build fast, accessible, well-structured web platforms — marketing sites, commerce, customer portals and headless architectures — that your marketing team can run without raising a ticket for every change.

Overview

Performance, accessibility and editorial control — without trade-offs

We default to static generation and edge delivery, adding server rendering and client interactivity only where the experience genuinely needs it. That single decision is why our sites hit Core Web Vitals thresholds on mid-range mobile hardware rather than on a developer's laptop.

Content models are designed around what editors actually publish, with structured components, previews and scheduled releases. Marketing autonomy is a requirement, not a phase-two hope.

Accessibility is tested, not asserted: WCAG 2.2 AA checks in CI, keyboard and screen-reader passes, and colour-contrast tokens enforced in the design system.

01

Fast by architecture

Static-first rendering, edge caching, image pipelines and a strict performance budget enforced in CI.

02

Findable

Semantic markup, structured data, clean internal linking, canonical hygiene and Core Web Vitals as ranking inputs.

03

Editor-friendly

Component-based authoring with previews, versioning and role-based publishing workflows.

04

Accessible

WCAG 2.2 AA as a build gate, verified with automated and manual assistive-technology testing.

What we build

Capabilities you get on day one

The components below are engineered patterns we have shipped repeatedly — not concepts we would be exploring for the first time on your project.

Core Web Vitals engineering

LCP, INP and CLS budgeted per template, measured with real-user monitoring and gated in the pipeline.

Technical SEO foundation

Schema.org markup, XML sitemaps, hreflang, canonical strategy, crawl-budget hygiene and log-file analysis.

Component design system

A documented, reusable block library so new pages are assembled by marketers, not scoped as projects.

Headless architecture

Clean separation of content API and presentation, enabling web, mobile and kiosk from one content source.

Hardened delivery

CSP, WAF, bot mitigation, rate limiting, dependency scanning and automated TLS management.

Measurement that works

Server-side tagging, consent management, funnel instrumentation and dashboards tied to commercial goals.

How we deliver

How a web development engagement runs

Six stages, each with a defined output. You can stop after any one of them and still hold something useful.

  1. Audit & strategy

Technical SEO crawl, performance baseline, accessibility audit, analytics review and competitor benchmarking.

  2. Information architecture

Sitemap, URL strategy, content model, redirect map and conversion-path design.

  3. Design system

Brand-aligned tokens, component library, responsive rules and accessibility annotations in Figma.

  4. Build

Component development with Storybook, CMS integration, editor training environment and CI performance gates.

  5. Migration & launch

Content migration, 301 mapping, staging QA across devices, launch runbook and search-console monitoring.

  6. Optimise

Real-user monitoring, A/B testing programme, content velocity support and quarterly technical SEO reviews.

FAQs

Web Development — frequently asked

Do we need a headless CMS or is WordPress fine?

WordPress is perfectly capable for content-led sites when it is engineered rather than assembled from plugins — and we deliver it that way. Headless earns its extra cost when you serve multiple channels from one content source, need strict performance guarantees, or have complex editorial workflows. We recommend based on your channel count and publishing volume, not fashion.

Will a redesign hurt our search rankings?

Only if it is done carelessly. We treat migration as a discipline: full URL inventory, one-to-one redirect mapping, preserved information architecture for high-performing pages, structured data parity, and daily Search Console monitoring for six weeks post-launch. Most of our replatforms show ranking gains within two months.

How fast is fast enough?

We target LCP under 2.0s and INP under 150ms at the 75th percentile on 4G mobile — comfortably inside Google's thresholds rather than borderline. Performance budgets are set per template and enforced in CI so the site cannot silently regress as content is added.

Can you work with our existing brand and design team?

Yes, routinely. We can take Figma files to production, extend an existing design system, or provide the design work ourselves. Where we receive designs, we flag accessibility and performance implications early rather than discovering them in QA.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance?

Yes — dependency and security patching, uptime and performance monitoring, content support, incremental feature delivery and quarterly SEO and accessibility reviews under a defined SLA.
