Our mission
To make advanced technology genuinely usable inside real organisations — with the engineering rigour, honesty and operational discipline that turns capability into measurable outcomes.
About Infilabs
Infilabs began in 2014 as a small team of engineers who were tired of watching strategy decks fail at implementation. Twelve years on we are a global consulting and engineering firm of more than 190 people — and we still measure ourselves on what reaches production.

Company overview
Infilabs was founded on a straightforward premise: strategy that cannot be built is not strategy. So the people who advise you are the people who ship. Our architects write code, our consultants sit in your stand-ups, and our recommendations come with an implementation plan attached.
We work across fourteen practices — from generative AI and data platforms to Microsoft, cloud, security and enterprise software — which means we can own an outcome end to end rather than handing you off at the boundary of a specialism.
What clients tell us they value most is candour. If a project should be smaller, we say so. If the technology you have chosen is wrong for the job, we say that too, before the invoice rather than after.
One accountable team from discovery through production and managed operations.
US-based architecture and engagement leadership with a mature India delivery centre.
Your repositories, your cloud accounts, your infrastructure as code. Handover is a deliverable.
Our mission
To make advanced technology genuinely usable inside real organisations — with the engineering rigour, honesty and operational discipline that turns capability into measurable outcomes.
Our vision
To be the engineering partner enterprises trust with the systems they cannot afford to get wrong.
Our values
These are not aspirations on a wall. Each one has a corresponding practice you can check us against.
We tell clients what we actually think, including when it costs us revenue. Smaller scope, different technology, or "you do not need this" are all legitimate recommendations.
Tests, documentation, observability and accessibility are not optional extras to be traded away under deadline pressure. They are the job.
We do not hand off at the specialism boundary. If it takes firmware and a Power BI model to solve the problem, both are ours.
Client independence is a design goal. Code, infrastructure and knowledge are transferred deliberately, not withheld as commercial leverage.
A working thin slice beats a comprehensive plan. We prove value in production early and expand from evidence.
We handle client systems, data and reputations. Security, confidentiality and reliability are non-negotiable conditions of the work.
Our story
We have grown steadily rather than dramatically, and every practice we added was one clients asked us for.
Four engineers, one client, and a commitment to shipping rather than advising. The first engagement was a manufacturing quality system that is still running today.
Grew into custom ERP, HRMS and hospital systems for clients across India and the Gulf, establishing the product foundations that became our platform portfolio.
Formalised the Azure and AWS practices as clients began data-centre exits, and became a Microsoft Solutions Partner across data and application workloads.
Established the US headquarters at Carnegie Center, New Jersey, bringing engagement leadership into the same time zone as our North American clients.
Delivered lakehouse platforms across banking, manufacturing and healthcare, and built the MLOps foundation our AI practice now runs on.
Moved early and carefully into enterprise GenAI — building the evaluation, guardrail and governance tooling that lets regulated clients deploy with confidence.
Fourteen practices, twenty-one platform products, and client relationships that average more than six years.
Leadership
Our leadership team is deliberately small and technical. Each of them still reviews delivery work personally.
Executive Leadership
Sets firm strategy and holds direct accountability for the largest client relationships across North America and Asia.
Technology & Architecture
Owns technical standards, architecture governance and the engineering practices applied across all fourteen delivery capabilities.
Global Delivery
Accountable for delivery quality, resourcing and the operational health of every active engagement across both centres.
AI & Data Practice
Leads the applied AI and data engineering practices, including the evaluation and governance tooling behind regulated deployments.
Cloud, DevOps & Microsoft
Directs cloud modernisation, platform engineering and the Microsoft practice, including managed operations.
Security & Compliance
Runs the security practice and the internal control environment, and independently reviews our own engineering output.
Named biographies and direct contacts are shared during engagement discussions. We publish roles rather than personal details here by policy.
Company culture
Our voluntary attrition runs well below the Indian IT sector average. These are the practices behind that.
Meeting-light days, no-interrupt mornings, and a hard expectation that architects write code rather than only reviewing it.
Certification costs covered, dedicated learning hours in the working week, and internal practice guilds that publish real technical content.
A technical track to principal engineer with the same compensation ceiling as the leadership track.
Postmortems examine systems, not people. The only unacceptable response to an incident is hiding it.
Hybrid by default, asynchronous-first documentation habits, and overlap windows agreed by team rather than mandated centrally.
Published competency frameworks, twice-yearly calibrated reviews and compensation bands visible to everyone in the band.
Development process
01
Structured discovery producing a prioritised backlog, target architecture, risk register and a costed plan you can act on — even if you act on it with someone else.
02
A production-shaped thin slice against real data and real constraints. Value is demonstrated before scale is committed.
03
Two-week increments with automated quality gates, demonstrable output every sprint and transparent burn-up reporting.
04
Security review, performance and load testing, DR runbooks, accessibility conformance and operational readiness sign-off.
05
SLA-backed managed services, SLO monitoring, cost optimisation and a quarterly roadmap review.
06
Documentation, runbooks, ADRs and paired enablement so your team can own and extend what we built.
Global presence
Princeton leads engagement, architecture and client accountability for the Americas and Europe. Tiruchirappalli is our engineering and managed-services centre. The overlap window gives clients an extended engineering day and genuine round-the-clock operations coverage.

Why choose us
Every engagement starts with the metric we are moving and how it will be measured. Progress is reported against that number, not against hours consumed.
Firmware to front end, data platform to design system. Fewer vendor seams means fewer places for accountability to disappear.
Threat modelling, secure baselines and audit evidence are built into delivery. Our security practice reviews our own engineering work.
Client voices
They were the only firm in the process who told us our original scope was too large. They proposed something smaller, delivered it in eleven weeks, and we expanded from there. That first conversation is why they still have the account.
Our previous vendor treated documentation as an afterthought. Infilabs handed over infrastructure as code, runbooks and architecture decision records, then spent three weeks pairing with our engineers. We can genuinely maintain this ourselves.
The AI assistant went live with citations, refusal behaviour and an evaluation suite from day one. Our compliance committee approved it in a single session, which has never happened before with an AI project here.
Deployment used to be a monthly evening event with everyone on a call. We now ship several times a day and nobody schedules anything around it. The change-failure rate went down, not up.

Next step
Start with a discovery engagement. It is fixed-price, it produces a plan you own outright, and there is no obligation to build it with us.
