Identity first
Entra ID conditional access, PIM, entitlement management and lifecycle automation as the security perimeter.
Microsoft Practice
Most enterprises license far more of the Microsoft cloud than they use. Our Microsoft practice covers Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric and Copilot as one estate — governed identity, consolidated data, automated processes and AI that actually reaches your users.

Overview
We treat the Microsoft cloud as a single system. Entra ID governs who can do what. Purview classifies and protects the information. Fabric consolidates the data. Power Platform automates the long tail of processes. Dynamics 365 runs the core commercial motions. Copilot sits on top — and only works well when the four layers beneath it are in order.
That sequencing matters. Copilot deployments disappoint when permissions are loose and content is unlabelled, because the assistant faithfully surfaces the mess. We fix the foundation, then light up AI.
Our engineers hold current Azure, Power Platform, Security and Dynamics certifications, and we deliver through Azure DevOps or GitHub with the same engineering rigour we apply to custom software.
Entra ID conditional access, PIM, entitlement management and lifecycle automation as the security perimeter.
Environment strategy, DLP policies, solution ALM and a citizen-developer programme that does not create shadow IT.
Purview labelling, permission remediation, SharePoint information architecture and oversharing controls.
Fabric and OneLake as the single analytics substrate feeding Power BI and AI workloads.
What we build
The components below are engineered patterns we have shipped repeatedly — not concepts we would be exploring for the first time on your project.
Conditional access baselines, MFA and passwordless rollout, privileged access workflows and automated joiner-mover-leaver.
Environment strategy, managed solutions, pipelines, DLP policy and a CoE that keeps 200 apps maintainable.
Oversharing assessment, sensitivity labelling, SharePoint remediation, prompt libraries and measured adoption.
OneLake medallion architecture, certified semantic models, deployment pipelines and workspace governance.
Power Automate and RPA replacing spreadsheet-and-email workflows, with exception handling and audit trails.
Configuration-first implementations, clean data migration, and extensions built with supported patterns only.
Capabilities
The full scope of the practice. Engagements typically draw on a focused subset — this is the bench you have access to.
Business impact
Figures are medians across delivered engagements in this practice. We will baseline your own numbers during discovery rather than promise these.
33%
Assignment audits, SKU right-sizing and retiring overlapping third-party tools the Microsoft estate already covers.
11 hrs
Measured across automated approvals, document generation and self-service portals.
↓ 71%
Self-service entitlement management and automated lifecycle provisioning through Entra ID.
6 wks
A structured remediation sprint covering permissions, labelling and information architecture.
Technology stack
Selected per engagement against your existing estate, your team's skills and total cost of ownership — never by partnership tier.

How we deliver
Six stages, each with a defined output. You can stop after any one of them and still hold something useful.
Licence utilisation, security posture, identity hygiene, data sprawl and adoption analytics across the whole tenant.
Environment strategy, governance policy, ALM standards, support model and a value roadmap sequenced by dependency.
Identity, conditional access, labelling and permission cleanup — the work that makes everything after it succeed.
Workload delivery through managed solutions and IaC, with parallel running for migrations and reversible cutovers.
Champions network, role-based training, in-product guidance and usage dashboards tied to the business case.
Release-wave impact assessment, quarterly governance reviews, licence optimisation and continuous enhancement.
Engagement models
Three commercial shapes. Most clients begin with an assessment and move into delivery once the plan is agreed.
From $12,000
Two to four weeks. Produces a prioritised backlog, target architecture, risk register and a costed delivery plan you own outright.
Most common
Scoped per phase
Well-bounded phases priced against agreed acceptance criteria. Suited to migrations, integrations and defined product increments.
Monthly retainer
An embedded team — lead, engineers, QA — working in your sprints and tooling with US-hours overlap from our India centre.
Indicative ranges for planning purposes. Final pricing follows scope confirmation — we do not quote before we understand the problem.
FAQs
Technically it takes minutes to license; practically, readiness depends on permissions and content hygiene. Copilot respects existing permissions, so if a site is overshared, Copilot will surface it faster than any user could. We run a readiness assessment covering oversharing, sensitivity labelling, stale content and information architecture, then remediate before rollout.
Yes, within its envelope. Model-driven apps on Dataverse are genuinely suitable for case management, field operations, approvals and internal portals. We use it for those and recommend custom code where you need extreme scale, complex algorithms, sub-100ms latency or heavy third-party integration. We tell you which side of the line you are on before we build.
For new analytics workloads, Fabric is where Microsoft is investing and is usually the right target. For a large, working Synapse estate the case is about roadmap and cost, not urgency. We assess workload by workload and typically recommend a phased coexistence rather than a big-bang migration.
Yes — managed services covering tenant administration, security monitoring through Defender and Sentinel, patch and release-wave management, Power Platform CoE operations, licence optimisation and a named service manager with monthly reviews.
A Centre of Excellence: environment strategy with clear promotion paths, DLP policies restricting connectors by environment, managed solutions and pipelines for ALM, an application inventory with ownership and support tiers, and a maker community with published standards.
Migration, cloud-native engineering, Kubernetes, FinOps and resilience across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle and IBM.
Production-grade generative AI, applied ML and autonomous agents — governed, evaluated and observable.
Lakehouse platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines and governed analytics that turn scattered systems into one trusted layer.
Offensive testing, SOC and SIEM, identity, cloud security and compliance programmes for ISO, GDPR and HIPAA.
